I'm an IT Support, Data Analytics, and Customer Service professional based in Tacloban City, Philippines. I graduated with a BS in Information Technology from ACLC Computer College in 2023, and since then I've worked across banking support, government IT, and data analytics — usually the person who's comfortable jumping between a support ticket, a spreadsheet, and a broken website.
In 2024, I did an OJT/workshop with PinoySEO (School of Virtual Assistance), where our team took sova.ph to the #1 search ranking for call center agent and VA hiring searches — hands-on proof that the SEO fundamentals actually work, not just theory.
I care about doing the unglamorous work well: clean data, clear documentation, and support that actually resolves the problem instead of just closing the ticket. This site is where I keep a record of that work.
